About the role

Design, review, and refine drafts of contracts, partnership agreements, and all company legal documents. Prepare legal opinions and provide legal advice on various considerations and business operational activities. Ensure all company operational practices and policies comply with applicable laws and regulations. Manage periodic business licensing updates and organize legal document administration systems in a structured manner. Map, analyze, and minimize potential legal risks in every transaction and business collaboration. Serve as the primary liaison and collaborate with internal parties and external institutions regarding company legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review, and refine drafts of contracts, partnership agreements, and company legal documents

• Prepare legal opinions and provide legal advice on business considerations and operational activities

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Law

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Corporate Legal, Legal Staff, Legal Specialist, or equivalent role

• Proficiency in corporate law, contract/business agreement law, business licensing systems, and digital industry regulations

• Solid skills in legal research, legal analysis, and contract drafting and review

• Negotiation and effective communication abilities, with expertise in legal problem solving

• Careful, precise, with integrity, and able to complete tasks on time according to deadlines

• Experience in digital business ecosystems such as startups, fintech, e-commerce, or technology-based companies is a plus
