Creator Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with TikTok creators, both large and small.
- Identify and recruit potential creators to collaborate with BEEX.
- Develop content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate creator campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators.

Requirements:
- Understand TikTok trends and social media.
- Have strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Experience in influencer or creator management is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
