Corporate FAT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance, Accounting, & Tax professional to oversee and consolidate the end-to-end financial transaction cycles across our Property, Hospitality (Hotel), and F&B business units. This role is responsible for preparing Consolidated Financial Statements, managing cash flow projections, and leading audit readiness for internal, external (CPA), and tax audits.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily transaction cycles and ensure optimal operation of accounting systems/ERP across all business units (Property, Hotel, F&B).

• Prepare and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (stand-alone and consolidated) and perform financial variance analysis.

• Develop and monitor daily, monthly, and annual cash flow projections to ensure corporate liquidity.

• Oversee tax compliance (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Local/Luxury Taxes), lead financial audit engagements (Internal & External), and manage tax audits.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (Master's Degree or CPA/CA/Brevet A&B certifications preferred).

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, & Tax, with at least 4 years in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager level.

• Proven experience in multi-unit operations (Property, Hospitality/Hotel, and F&B industries).

• Solid hands-on experience handling Internal Audits, External Audits (Public Accounting Firm), and Tax Audits.

• Comprehensive understanding of full accounting cycles, financial consolidation, and strong numerical analytical skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
