Cook Staff

About the role

This is a Cook position responsible for food production in a kitchen environment, ensuring quality, presentation, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food production according to established SOPs and recipes

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion sizes meet standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and kitchen equipment

• Ensure availability and freshness of raw materials

• Execute kitchen opening and closing procedures

• Collaborate with team members for smooth operational flow

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or Diploma (preferably in Culinary, Food & Beverage, or Tata Boga)

• Minimum 1 year experience in Cook or Kitchen Crew positions

• Proficiency in Hot Kitchen and Cold Kitchen areas

• Experience with Western and/or Japanese cuisine

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and hygiene standards (HACCP/kitchen hygiene)

• Physically and mentally healthy

• Not currently enrolled in formal education (university/school)

• Resident of Bali

• Placement in Tabanan area
