Full-Time Cook – HideAway Beans & Booze (Ungasan)
HideAway is a small, friendly Mexican–Western bar & restaurant located in Ungasan, open from 6pm to 2am. We are looking for a reliable full-time Cook to join our team and help us grow our food business.

This position is suited for someone who is experienced, responsible, and comfortable working independently in a small kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to our recipes

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

• Ensure all food is fresh, well-seasoned, and well-presented

• Assist with basic prep and portioning

• Work together with the bartender to coordinate orders

• Monitor stock levels and report when supplies are needed

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Support smooth restaurant operations during service

Requirements:

• Experience as a cook in restaurants, cafes, villas, or hotels

• Able to work evening/night shift (6pm–2am), 6 days per week

• Good communication and teamwork

• Reliable, disciplined, and responsible

• Able to follow recipes accurately

• Lives near Ungasan is preferred

What We Offer:

• Salary: Rp 3,350,000/month during 3-month probation

• Salary review after probation (based on performance)

• Staff meals or menu items at cost price

• Optional BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan after probation
