QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant kitchen

• Quick and calm during peak hours

• Works well with the team and follows instructions from the CDP and Head Chef

TECHNICAL CRITERIA:

• Executes standard recipes at the assigned station, following portion and sequence

• Prepares broth, soup curry base, and toppings to standard, with consistent flavor, gentle heat, and plenty of character from batch to batch

• Cooks to the right doneness: chicken slowly cooked until tender, vegetables with a little char

• Operates stoves, fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely

• Prepares mise en place before service and restocks during peak hours

• Stores ingredients correctly: labelling, dates, and temperature (FIFO/FEFO)

• Cleans the station and tools after use, and follows hygiene and food safety standards

• Reports unusable ingredients and shortages to the CDP or Head Chef
