About the role

A Cook role focused on food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and support during service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas during operational hours

• Provide additional prep support as directed by CDP during busy conditions

• Follow and maintain personal hygiene standards while working

• Prepare vegetables according to specified cuts and standards

• Arrange and store food ingredients according to their nature and requirements

• Mise en place: prepare ingredients and tools in their designated locations to facilitate cooking process and maintain area cleanliness

• Inform CDP when ingredient stock is low or depleted

• Assist in preparing meat and sauces for the next day's dinner service

• Help ensure equipment and utensils are clean, organized, and in their proper places after operations end
