Presales Engineer

About the role

Understand customer technical and business requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions. Develop solution designs, architecture, sizing, scope, technical proposals, value propositions, and supporting documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer technical and business requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions.

• Develop solution designs, architecture, sizing, scope, technical proposals, value propositions, and supporting documentation.

• Support RFI/RFP processes and prepare the required technical information during the sales cycle.

• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions to customers.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Proof of Concept (POC) or pilot activities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Principal/Vendor, and internal technical teams in solution and commercial preparation.

• Support solution sizing and pricing preparation.

• Support post-sales handover to ensure alignment between the agreed solution, implementation team, and customer expectations.

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Presales position.

• Previous experience working in an IT System Integrator or IT Distributor.

• Product/solution exposure relevant to the respective specialization.
