Construction & SNI Certification Consultant

Hiring for NCS Internal Team.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end SNI product certification processes and factory audit preparation for clients.

• Handle SBU Jasa Konstruksi and related technical licensing processes through LPJK, Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), and relevant professional institutions.

• Manage regulatory compliance and certification processes for Electrical & Electronics products, including SDPPI, energy efficiency, and safety requirements.

• Manage licensing applications, data synchronization, and verification processes through OSS RBA, SIINas, and other relevant government portals.

• Conduct pre-audit assessments of clients’ technical documents to ensure compliance and minimize rejection risks during the verification process.

• Coordinate professionally with government authorities, LSPro, testing laboratories, BSN, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), and other relevant institutions.

• Monitor certification and licensing progress to ensure timely submission, follow-up, and completion.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Chemical), Law, Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in SNI certification, SBU Konstruksi, electrical product compliance, or related regulatory services. Experience in a consultancy firm is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements related to SNI Type 5, SBU Konstruksi/LPJK, and electrical product safety and compliance.

• Proficient in OSS RBA, SIINas, and other relevant government compliance platforms.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage, particularly for handling international clients and principals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and multitasking skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under tight deadlines.

• Available to join immediately or as soon as possible.
