Accounting & Tax Consultant

Hiring for NCS Internal Team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements for clients.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and tax reconciliations/equalizations.

• Prepare fiscal financial reports to support Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan) reporting.

• Prepare, compile, and file Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan) for both corporate and individual taxpayers.

• Calculate and review various taxes, including PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, PPh 25, PP 55 (MSME), PPN, and PPh 29/PPh Badan.

• Prepare and issue tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns, including PPN, PPh 21, and PPh Unifikasi.

• Ensure accounting and tax records are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable Indonesian regulations.

• Assist clients with tax and accounting inquiries, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance matters.

• Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities when required to support tax filing, clarification, and compliance processes.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Tax; experience in an Accounting/Tax Consulting firm is highly preferred.

• Must hold Tax Brevet A & B

• Good understanding of Indonesian accounting and taxation regulations, including PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, PPh 25, PPh 29/PPh Badan, PPN, and PP 55.

• Experienced in tax calculation, reconciliation, tax reporting, and preparation of financial and fiscal reports.

• Proficient in Coretax and other relevant tax/government platforms.

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and fiscal reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good command of English, with strong communication and client-handling skills; Mandarin is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and tight deadlines

• Available to join immediately or as soon as possible.
