Chief of R&D (QC/QA)

Job Description :

1. Develop and implement robust quality control and quality assurance procedures across all stages of the food production process

2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality or safety issues

3. Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions

4. Analyze data and generate detailed reports to track key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest food safety regulations and industry best practices

6. Lead a team of quality control and quality assurance professionals

7. Provide expert guidance and training to ensure the entire organization maintains the highest standards of food quality and safety

8. Ensure organizational compliance with safety regulation, environmental standard and quality management system (standard AJE), BPOM,HALAL, etc

9. Hazard identification, Risk Assessment, regulatory compliance and auditing (HALAL, BPOM, ect

Requirement :

1. Experience 5+ years in a senior quality control or quality assurance role within the food technology industry

2. Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and best practices in quality control

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

5. Hands-on experience in leading and developing high-performing quality control and assurance teams

6. Degree in Food Science, or a related field

7. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
