About the role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie PASTRY to join our pastry team at NAILI GROUP. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang Regency, Banten, one building with SUSHI MARU GADING SERPONG. As Chef de Partie PASTRY, you will oversee the pastry section of our kitchen, taking responsibility for the creation, preparation and presentation of all pastry and dessert items. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency across our pastry operations, and you will play a key part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the pastry section, ensuring all pastries, desserts and baked goods meet our exacting standards for quality, taste and presentation
Strong expertise in dough handling, and the use of commercial baking equipment
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen at all times
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate operational teams
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, and highly detail-oriented
