CDP Pastry & Bakery - F&B (Talent Pool)

Job Description

• Prepare, bake, and present pastries, breads, and baked goods in line with company standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and product quality across all bakery items.
• Supervise and train junior pastry & bakery team members within your section.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the pastry & bakery production area.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and bakery production standards are upheld.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a pastry & bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, cake decoration, and commercial bakery equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
