Business Planning & Strategy Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business feasibility studies.

• Analyze business performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

• Identify new business opportunities, potential risks, and areas for improvement.

• Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Prepare business reports, presentations, and strategic proposals for management.

• Support management in business decision-making through data analysis and forecasting.

• Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning, corporate strategy, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent skills in business analysis, financial planning, and performance monitoring.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with management and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Background in the IT industry is highly preferred.
