Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules to ensure effective HR system operations.

• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.

• Support SAP Payroll processes and ensure payroll-related system functionality meets operational needs.

• Analyze HR business processes and translate business requirements into appropriate SAP system solutions.

• Coordinate SAP SuccessFactors integration with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange.

• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.

• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for system updates and enhancements.

• Collaborate with HR teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Prepare and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and technical specifications.

• Provide technical support and guidance to users regarding SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or related SAP HR solutions.

• Strong knowledge of multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP Payroll.

• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integration with other enterprise systems.

• Solid understanding of HR business processes, including personnel administration and payroll.

• Experience in SAP system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Willing to work on-site in Merak, Banten.
