Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, accounting activities, and tax compliance.

• Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and cash flow.

• Review and approve payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage monthly closing and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and applicable tax reporting requirements.

• Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS), expenses, budgets, and financial performance.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other relevant parties.

• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.

• Lead and supervise the finance, accounting, and tax team.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, preferably in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and monthly closing.

• Strong understanding of AP, AR, COGS, and payment approval processes.

• Experience handling tax reporting, including PPh, PPN, and Coretax.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
