About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our MCN TikTok Local Service (TTLS) team. This role is fully focused on merchant acquisition for Accommodation and Things To Do merchants (hotels, villas, resorts, attractions, activities, and experiences). You’ll be the one building partnerships and growing our merchant base on TikTok GO.

Important to note: this role is purely focused on acquisition and partnership growth, and requires someone who can join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new Accommodation and Things To Do merchants for TikTok Local Service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel, property, and attraction partners

• Identify potential merchants and pitch TikTok GO solutions

• Negotiate partnership terms (rates, allotment, promotions) and ensure a smooth onboarding process

• Coordinate with internal teams (campaign, operations) to ensure merchant success post-onboarding

• Track and report acquisition pipeline and progress regularly

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in merchant or partner acquisition, preferably for Accommodation (required)

• Experience at an OTA or travel platform (e.g. Traveloka, Tiket.com, Trip.com, Agoda, Klook, TikTok GO, or similar) is a strong plus

• Familiarity with Things To Do merchants (attractions, activities, experiences) is a plus

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (required)

• Able to join immediately

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Result-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with targets
