Business Development Officer

Summary Job Description:

• Conduct market research and identify potential locations for new store development based on demographic profiles, consumer behavior, and market potential.

• Perform feasibility studies and catchment area analysis to evaluate prospective sites for Supermarket and Health & Beauty (H&B) store expansion.

• Analyze demographic data, competitor presence, residential developments, and commercial areas to assess business opportunities.

• Prepare site evaluation reports, sales potential assessments, and investment feasibility presentations to support business development decisions.

• Support leasing evaluations by analyzing rental cost, commercial terms, and site suitability.

• Support store expansion planning through site surveys, location mapping, and coordination with construction and operational teams.

• Prepare business proposals, formal correspondence, and management presentations to support expansion strategies and project execution.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; candidates with a background in Architecture or Business Development are preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze demographic data, market trends, and site feasibility.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

• Familiarity with Google Maps, Google Earth, or GIS tools is an advantage.

• Willing to travel for site surveys and business-related assignments.
