Construction Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor construction, renovation, and store development projects.

• Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications.

• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion.

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve project issues.

• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable building regulations, safety standards, and company requirements.

• Prepare project progress reports and maintain relevant construction documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, building management, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• Experience in retail, commercial building, or supermarket construction and renovation projects is an advantage.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other project scheduling tools is an advantage.

• Good command of Microsoft Excel for project monitoring, budget tracking, and reporting.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, project management, and building maintenance.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on-site based at AEON BSD - Tangerang and travel to project locations when required.
