Business Development (Community Channel)

Job description:

●        Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, partners, and key stakeholders

●        Develop community-based partnerships to support business and revenue growth

●        Plan and execute community activations, events, and engagement programs

●        Recruit, onboard, and manage community members or partners to convert into sales

●        Act as the main point of contact between the company and the community

●        Gather community feedback and market insights to support business strategy

●        Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth execution

Job requirements:

●        3–4 years of experience in Community Management, Business Development Community, Marketing, or Partnership

●        Proficient in English both verbal and written (MUST)

●        Bachelor Degree in any major (MUST)

●        Experience handling communities, events, or partnerships (online or offline)

●        Strong communication and relationship-building skills

●        Comfortable with field activities and community engagement

●        Background in e-commerce, startup, agency, or brand industry is a plus
