Business Development Executive - Property Acquisition

WE ARE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – PROPERTY ACQUISITION

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Acquisition, Business Development, Property Sales, or Real Estate.

• Experience in acquiring/sourcing kos/kost, boarding house, co-living, or residential properties is highly preferred.

• Experienced in dealing and negotiating with property owners, landlords, agents, or brokers.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Good understanding of property market and business potential.

• Willing to conduct property visits and surveys

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Property, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.

• Domicile in Jakarta/Jabodetabek.

• Able to join as soon as possible.
