Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients in the Indonesian market and maintain communication to support sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with Alibaba.com platform representatives and monitor business-related matters.

• Manage client information, communication records, and platform documents.

Job Requirements

• Must be a Chinese national with sales experience.

• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility.

• Basic English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory; must be able to handle English documents using translation tools if needed.

• Experience with Alibaba.com, cross-border e-commerce, or B2B sales is a plus.
