Finance Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Finance & Tax Manager responsible for managing company accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and taxation. The role involves ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK accounting standards, preparing financial reports and analysis in Mandarin for management and headquarters, building financial systems, controlling costs, leading a team, and coordinating with auditors, banks, and tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and company taxation

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK accounting standards

• Prepare financial reports and analysis in Mandarin for management and headquarters

• Build financial systems, control costs, lead team, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax authorities

About you

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3 years experience as Finance Manager or equivalent position

• Proficiency in Indonesian taxation, PSAK, accounting/ERP systems, and Excel; Brevet Pajak/CPA certification is an added value
