About the role

A customer-facing retail position responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction with products offered.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store

• Understand customer needs and product specifications

• Provide instant solutions to customers

• Resolve all customer complaints and issues regarding products

• Ensure customer satisfaction with offered products

• Build and maintain good, sustainable relationships with new customers

• Offer excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Keep the store space clean and organised

• Process sales payments

• Update customer information in the computer system for future reference

About you

• Minimum education: SMA (Senior High School)

• Work experience in electronics, lifestyle, or retail is preferred

• Able to operate Microsoft Office and other sales support software

• Professional appearance, energetic with interest in technology and electronic equipment

• Good communication skills

• Able to work with targets and sales-driven approach

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Ready to work on a shift system
