Technical Trainer

• Design and complete the planned training roadmap for software engineers within the agreed timeline
• Develop technical/coding training syllabi and learning materials, along with their corresponding assessment instruments and examination questions
• Maintain a high internal customer satisfaction score from trainees and stakeholders

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in the relevant domain with demonstrated training or mentoring experience
• Strong command of the development chapter's technical subject matter.
• Knowledge in adult learning and training design principles
• Skills in facilitation, presentation, and curriculum development.
• Able to assess learning outcomes and iterating on materials
• Training or instructional-design certification is an advantage
