Barista Staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in café, restaurant, bakery, or hospitality industry.

• Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and basic brewing techniques.

• Familiar with operating and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment.

• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Good communication and customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Good grooming and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment properly.

• Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and work area.

• Monitor and manage beverage ingredients and supplies to minimize waste.

• Perform daily opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and preparation.

• Follow company SOPs, food safety regulations, and service standards.

• Support the team in achieving outlet sales, service, and customer satisfaction targets.
