Barista (All Rounder)

About the Company

Presenting our sister company, Sandbox Coffee, is now seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our dynamic team in Petitenget, Bali. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a full-time position, and we're searching for immediate availability.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing a variety of espresso-based beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks

2. Ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in all coffee preparations

3. Taking the customer order and proceeding to Point of Sales (Cashier) as well as taking the payment.

4. Providing friendly and attentive customer service, offering recommendations and assisting guests with their orders

5. Daily clean and organise workspace, following all health and safety protocols

6. Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies daily (closing time)

7. Increasing sales number by doing upselling for the customer

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of experience as a Barista All Rounder in a similar hospitality setting (like most of the franchise and small coffee shop)

2. A passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee-making techniques and equipment

3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

5. Able to follow SOP

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Discipline and punctual

8. Ready to work immediately
