Assistant to Sales Director (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Assistant to Sales Director to join our team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in Pluit (North Jakarta) and will provide vital support to our Director, helping them to manage their busy schedule and day-to-day responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining and coordinating the director's calendar, arranging meetings and appointments

2. Providing administrative assistance, including preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations

3. Acting as a point of contact, screening phone calls and managing incoming inquiries

4. Making travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries

5. Assisting with project management and supporting the Director's initiatives

6. Performing other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

1. Fluent in Mandarin

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work

6. Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
