Assistant Sales and Marketing Hotel

About the role

This is a hotel marketing and sales position focused on developing comprehensive marketing strategies for hotel facilities, events, and MICE services to attract potential customers, both individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for room facilities, event organization, wedding organization, and MICE to attract potential customers

• Identify and reach prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event organizers, government entities, and others

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and repeat business

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue

• Present hotel facilities and services to prospective clients, both directly and virtually

• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management

• Collaborate with the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and various events

• Handle booking processes, including contract preparation, booking confirmation, and fulfilling all client needs

• Work closely with event organizers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at the hotel

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs or issues and ensuring all requirements are met during their visit or stay

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field

• Professional appearance, honest, disciplined, and responsible

• Good communication skills and confidence

• Experience in hotel marketing

• Extensive database and networking (Corporate, Government, MICE)

• Ready to be placed in East Jakarta
