Assistant Store Manager - OEI Karawaci

About the role

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily outlet operations according to SOP. Lead, direct, and coach the outlet team. Ensure product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety meet standards. Help control sales, inventory, food cost, and operational cost of the outlet. Arrange work schedules and task allocation for the team. Handle customer complaints and ensure proper problem resolution. Monitor team performance and achievement of outlet KPIs. Create operational reports and coordinate with Store Manager/Area Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in managing daily outlet operations according to SOP

• Lead, direct, and conduct coaching for the outlet team

• Ensure product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety meet standards

• Control sales, inventory, food cost, and operational cost

• Arrange work schedules and task allocation for the team

• Handle customer complaints and ensure proper problem resolution

• Monitor team performance and KPI achievement

• Create operational reports and coordinate with Store Manager/Area Manager

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent education

• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Floor Manager, or equivalent position in F&B/Restaurant industry

• Good leadership and team management capabilities

• Understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, customer service, and outlet KPI

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Accustomed to working with targets and in dynamic work environments

• Willing to work with shift system, including weekends and holidays

• Willing to be placed at Oseng Endok Indonesia Karawaci outlet
