About the role

An Interior Architect role focused on developing creative and innovative interior design concepts, managing projects from conception through completion, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts

• Create functional space layout plans and furniture arrangements

• Select and determine materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories

• Create technical drawings and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and similar software

• Manage projects from start to completion, including installation supervision on site

• Coordinate with contractors and other parties to ensure smooth project execution

• Stay up-to-date with latest design trends and apply them to projects

• Provide design solutions that meet budget and schedule requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Architect

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and similar tools

• Creative skills and high attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good communication skills
