Area Sales Promotion Supervisor - Sumatera Utara

Job Descriptions:

• Achieve sales targets (Sell in & Sell out) and expand distribution area.

• Execute marketing programs effectively.

• Monitor and maintain good relationships with distributors, team members, and customers in the assigned area.

• Implement company programs as principal representative alongside distributors.

• Conduct business review, analysis, and market intelligence.

• Handle administration and reporting.

• Manage the North Sumatra region.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum S1 education or equivalent.

• Experience as a supervisor, preferably from food or frozen food industry.

• Distributor, Sales, and Distribution Management.

• Route to Market (RTM) and Sell In & Out Analysis.

• Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboard).

• Trade Promotion & Activation.

• Forecasting and Demand Planning.

• Valid driving license (SIM A).

• Honest, persistent, communicative, active, and innovative.

• Strong teamwork and coaching capabilities.
