Area Sales Manager (Sozo Dental)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor SC sales performance and revenue achievement across assigned clinics.

• Track key sales KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement action plans to improve results.

• Coach and develop SCs together with Supervisors (SPVs) to improve sales productivity and conversion.

• Ensure SCs consistently follow daily sales processes and operational SOPs, including follow-up, booking, patient approach, and reporting.

• Execute and monitor online and onsite sales initiatives to drive clinic revenue.

• Work closely with SPVs and SC teams to ensure effective sales execution and accountability.

• Provide regular performance updates, analysis, and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in Retail, Healthcare, Dental, or Aesthetics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Experience managing sales teams across multiple branches/locations.

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of sales KPIs and performance management.

• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and growth mindset.
