Area Sales Manager (Banjarmasin)

Job Description Summary ​:

Drive sales and distribution strategy for the Cooking Oil business in the Food Service and Bakery Ingredients channel, focusing on target achievement, volume growth, market expansion, distribution development, and product penetration.

Job Description:

• Responsible in the development of market potential

• Maintain price stability in the area

• Conducting Recruitment of distributor selection in new area

• Evaluate or review business monthly to distributors

• Arrange rolling forecast
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales, preferably handling Cooking Oil, Margarine, or related Food Ingredients products.

• Experience in Food Service, Bakery Ingredients, or B2B distribution channels is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of distributor management, market development, and channel expansion.

• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with distributors and customers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin.
