AI Sales

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for Redpumpkin AI solutions and services.
2. Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry events.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
4. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend suitable AI solutions.
5. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and solution presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
6. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop proposals and ensure smooth project handovers.
7. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while consistently achieving sales targets.
8. Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the technology industry.
3. Prior experience working in a Business Development or Sales role at an AI Company is a must.
4. Proven track record of successfully selling AI solutions and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
5. Strong understanding of AI technologies and B2B sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
