About the role

We are seeking a communicative, friendly, and responsive Online Customer Service representative to serve prospective customers and manage interactions on social media.

Key responsibilities

• Reply to incoming messages, comments, and DMs from prospective customers quickly and friendly across various platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Marketplace)

• Conduct regular follow-up with prospects/leads to increase sales conversion

• Answer questions related to products, packages, prices, and service availability

• Assist with careful recording of customer order data

• Handle customer complaints or issues with appropriate and professional solutions

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience as Online CS or Chat Admin

• Good communication skills, persuasive, and neat typing (not verbose)

• Experienced and proficient in operating WhatsApp Business, messaging applications, and social media

• Detail-oriented, patient, good work endurance, and sales target-oriented

• Able to work both as a team and independently
