Accounting & Tax Consultant Supervisor (English or Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Tax Consultant Supervisor to lead our accounting and tax team, oversee client tax compliance, and ensure the accuracy of accounting and tax services. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, team management experience, and the ability to handle tax-related matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and review accounting and tax work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to clients.

• Oversee tax reporting, including VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and monthly/annual tax returns.

• Review tax reconciliations and prepare responses to tax clarification letters (SP2DK).

• Provide accounting and tax advisory services to clients in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Lead, train, and evaluate team members to maintain service quality and productivity.

• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal controls.

• Coordinate with clients and tax authorities on accounting and tax-related matters.

• Support internal and external audits, tax audits, and other tax-related matters.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including at least 2 years in an accounting & tax consulting firm.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, preferably in an accounting and tax consulting firm.

• Must hold Brevet A, B, and C certifications.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and client coordination skills.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
