Senior Accounting & Tax Consultant

About the role

We are hiring a highly skilled & experienced senior accounting & tax consultant to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Review Juniors' work & provide mentoring

• Responsible for overall tax compliance, including accurate and timely calculation, preparation, and filing of monthly and annual Tax Returns

• Prepare monthly & annual Financial Reports (recording journal entries using accounting software)

• Assist the Manager & Partner in tax projects such as preparing response Letters to Tax office, preparing data and written responses during tax audits, as well as tax objections, appeals and judicial review

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Taxation graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.0

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a tax consulting firm or public accounting firm with a major in accounting or taxation

• Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulation and accounting principles (Brevet certificate is more favourable)

• Able to prepare, monitor, analyse & evaluate accounting data to produce Financial Reports.

• Proficient in computer operation and software applications (Coretax, DJP online, Microsoft Office, especially Ms. excel & accounting software)

• Fluent in English, both written and oral

• Capable of working independently and in a team work

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Proactive, hands-on, good attitude, good problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly dedicated and committed to the job, willing and able to work overtime

• Tax Consultant Certification (USKP) is preferred
