Account Payable Intern

About the role

Ciputra Group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Payable Intern to join our Finance team. This is an internship position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting, specifically focusing on accounts payable operations.

What you'll be doing

• Processing and recording accounts payable invoices and expense claims in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

• Preparing and distributing payment documentation, including cheques, transfers and payment vouchers

• Maintaining accurate records of payables transactions and filing supporting documentation

• Communicating with vendors regarding invoices, payment terms and outstanding matters
  

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when processing financial transactions

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments

• Willingness to learn and develop technical accounting knowledge during the internship
