Wholesale & Consignment Sales Representative — Swimwear, Bali

About the role

Wholesale & Consignment Sales Representative for a Bali-based sustainable swimwear and activewear brand. You will own the growth of wholesale and consignment presence across Bali and beyond, closing deals and driving revenue through new business development and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to new shops and retail partners

• Present collections and convert leads into orders

• Negotiate pricing and terms, and close wholesale deals

• Follow up consistently to secure reorders and repeat business

• Manage existing accounts and grow their sales potential

• Maintain regular communication with shop partners

• Handle post-sale follow-up and resolve issues quickly

• Track stock, consignment, and product performance

• Identify new sales opportunities and markets

• Feed back on product demand and sales trends to the team

About you

• Proven experience in wholesale, retail sales, or business development

• Strong sales mindset — confident pitching and closing

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Highly organised and results-driven

• Based in Bali, comfortable working on-site

• Experience in fashion, surf, or lifestyle brands (bonus)

• Existing network of retail/boutique contacts (bonus)

• Familiarity with Shopify, POS, or inventory systems (bonus)
