Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor

About the role

PT Universal Kreasi Rasa is seeking a Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor to join our operations team in Cicurug, Sukabumi, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics functions. As Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing team performance, and maintaining optimal inventory control. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts

• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures

• Monitor warehouse operations to optimise productivity and reduce operational costs

• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments

• Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good working condition

• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and logistics activities

• Identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing and logistics in food manufacturing / FMCG industry

• Proven track record of managing warehouse teams and achieving operational targets

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements

• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software

• Willing to be placed in our factory in Cicurug, Sukabumi
