Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant Manager or Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive QA Assistant Manager / Manager to lead quality control operations in our garment manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality control processes on the production floor

• Handle technical audits and quality compliance for global apparel buyers

• Communicate effectively with production teams, buyers, and internal departments to resolve quality issues

• Prepare quality reports, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions

About you

• At least 5 years of relevant QA experience in the garment/apparel industry

• Hands-on experience facing global buyer visits and technical audits

• Strong problem-solving and flexible communication skills

• Intermediate English (written and spoken)

• Ability to write clear quality reports and present defect analysis/improvement plans using PowerPoint
