About the role

PT Yongjin Javasuka Garment 2 is a leading garment manufacturing company in Indonesia that produces high-quality clothing for the international market. We are opening opportunities for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join us in the positions of Pattern Staff, Grading Staff, and Marker Staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create, check, and measure clothing patterns accurately both manually and using CAD software
• Perform grading process of clothing patterns in accordance with buyer specifications and size chart standards
• Load and arrange material layout efficiency (marker) to minimize waste/fabric remnants in the production process
• Collaborate with sample and production teams to ensure pattern precision before mass cutting process
• Perform documentation and archiving of pattern data and samples

About you

• Education minimum SMA/SMK/D3/S1 equivalent (Fashion/Garment major preferred)
• Experienced (Experience in garment manufacturing/convection industry is a major added value)
• Possess technical expertise in clothing pattern making and grading using Style CAD / Garment Software
• Master manual pattern making techniques and technical garment measurement
• Proficient and comfortable operating computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail, disciplined, analytical, and responsible for work results
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and adaptable to working under production targets
