We are seeking a highly motivated Store, Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage Store, Warehouse, and Logistics operations.

• Ensure accurate inventory management and material availability to support production and customer requirements.

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and transportation activities.

• Optimize warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.

• Drive logistics performance and cost optimization initiatives.

• Lead continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digitalization projects.

• Champion safety, compliance, and best practices across all operations.

• Develop, coach, and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, and Logistics operations.

• Minimum 3 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Management Systems (preferred).

• GMP and Food Safety Standards (FSSC 22000 experience is an advantage) (preferred).

• 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies (preferred).

• Warehouse, Forklift, and Fire Safety Management (preferred).
