HRGA Manager (Manufacture, C-134967)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Karawnag.

• Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute human resources operations including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management

• Manage and execute general affairs operations

• Manage IT operations (with dedicated staff)

• Conduct labor union negotiations (not an in-house union)

• Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree

• More than 3-5 years HRGA manager expeirence in manufacture prefer in Japanese company

• Sufficient experience in labor union negotiations

• Experience in managing HR, GA, and IT operations

• More than high conversational level English

• Stable career
