Warehouse Head

About the role

Kepala Gudang (Warehouse Head) responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and goods distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all receiving, storage, and goods distribution activities

• Organize and control stock and conduct periodic stock opname

• Ensure goods are arranged neatly, safely, and according to FIFO/FEFO system

• Arrange task division and work schedules for warehouse team

• Ensure picking, packing, and delivery processes run on time

• Control warehouse documents and administration

• Monitor warehouse area condition and security

• Create reports on stock, discrepancies, damage, and warehouse activities

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics departments

• Maintain operational targets and warehouse efficiency

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Logistics, Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse operations, with supervisor/leader experience as an advantage

• Understanding of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stock opname, and warehouse management

• Able to use Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems/WMS

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• Able to manage and develop warehouse team

• Willing to work with targets and shift systems if required
