Duties & Requirement:

• Operational support, assist leaders with daily operational task, performance tracking and goals

• Cross functional rotation, rotate through various functions to gain comprehensive understanding of the business ecosystem

• Strategic projects

• Process observation, learn company operations procedure, culture and goals

• Reporting and evaluation, prepare presentation, data analysis reports, evaluation for management

Qualifications:

• Minimum  bachelor’s degree S1 fresh graduate or with max 1 or 2 years experience

• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 (or equivalent)

• Fluent in English both written and spoken for corporate reporting and client communication, fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage

• Independent, detail, service and care oriented

• Willing to work in shift if needed (16.00 – 24.00)

• Preferably living in Tangerang
