Warehouse Controller / Excellence

Job Description

• Analyze warehouse operational workflows, layout, and capacity constraints to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

• Design, plan, and execute warehouse optimization projects, including racking system setups, space utilization, and product placement strategies tailored to specific product characteristics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project timelines, implementation outcomes, and ensure sustainable operational excellence across warehouse facilities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics operations or engineering, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Willing to travel on business trips once a month.

• Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta.
