About the role

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and process transactions through the VHP system. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and handling complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant, bar, and service areas. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant, bar, and service areas

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a hotel environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented attitude

• Well-groomed and able to maintain professional hospitality standards

• Basic English communication skills are preferred
