Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

• Basic English communication skills to greet international guests, take simple orders, and understand operational guidelines.

• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome, serve, and assist guests while ensuring a friendly, prompt, and enjoyable dining experience.

• Front of House Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining and service areas before, during, and after operating hours.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the menu and confidently recommend and explain food and beverage items to guests.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to ensure accurate order delivery and smooth restaurant operations.

• SOP Compliance: Follow all operational procedures, service standards, and hygiene and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
